These Terms of Service govern your use of RentoLoop, a platform operated by Milind S Raj that provides rent collection automation and property/tenant management tools for PG accommodations and hostels in India.

What RentoLoop Does

RentoLoop helps property owners manage tenants, rooms, and beds, and automates monthly rent reminders and payment verification via WhatsApp. Tenants submit payment proof, which is reviewed using automated tools and/or manual verification by the property owner.

Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, including tenant details and payment proof. Submitting fraudulent or falsified payment proof is prohibited and may result in account suspension and/or legal action under applicable Indian law.

Payments

RentoLoop does not process payments directly at this stage — payments occur directly between tenant and owner via UPI, and RentoLoop only facilitates reminders and verification.

Limitation of Liability

RentoLoop is a platform that facilitates rent management, reminders, and payment verification assistance between property owners and tenants. We are not a party to any payment transaction — funds move directly between tenants and owners via their own UPI apps and bank accounts. To the maximum extent permitted by law: - We do not guarantee that our automated verification tools (including AI- based screenshot analysis) will detect every instance of fraudulent or incorrect payment proof. Property owners are responsible for independently confirming receipt of funds in their own bank/UPI account before treating a payment as final. - We are not liable for any financial loss, disputes, or damages arising from transactions between tenants and property owners, including but not limited to non-payment, late payment, or fraudulent payment proof. - We are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery via WhatsApp or other third-party services outside our control. - Our total liability for any claim arising from use of RentoLoop shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by the user to RentoLoop for the service in the preceding three months. - The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable Indian law.
